Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Refund & cancellation:
We cannot cancel any orders placed because all our mats are custom made as per your order to suit your individual vehicle which you specify on your order.– by making a purchase you agree to confirming your custom order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vehicle details and the shipping details are correct when making the purchase. Maxx Car Mats will not be held responsible for order because of inaccurate or wrong information provided by customer.
Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility.
If customer entitled for return & refund upon agreement of Maxx Car Mats. The reimbursement amount will only be awarded once the item has been returned and inspected to ensure item return is in original condition. If all these conditions are met, the client will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
Before returning any products, please email: email@example.com. We will provide the shipping address and return code for your return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Please be informed that we are not liable for your country customs impose extra taxes and in order to obtain the products, they must be paid to the customs authorities. For further details of taxes, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that we do not accept products for return due to incorrect product selection or dislike of style or color. We don't accept return & refund from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear, operation, willful abuse. Furthermore, it does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product.
